She is also a seasoned Entrepreneur & Founder of Celebrating Humanity International Pty Ltd and Ki Leadership International Pty Ltd, operating nationally and internationally for over 24 years. She is also an International Keynote speaker, Leadership Coach, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist and had her own weekly, Live Radio Show in USA with IBGR Network (International Business Growth Network).

Her impact expands to top levels of Government, Boards of Directors, Universities, Schools, Orphanages, Youth and Women Empowerment programs. Some of her specialist programs as well as her personal Vision are currently being implemented in Lebanon, Ireland, UK, USA, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

As a Philanthropist, her life’s experiences have taught her to create a global movement of Compassionate Leaders of Influence, who will impact many others to live a life of Intention. The Value of Compassion that she recently wrote, is currently being used to launch Transformation Lebanon – 2021. Creator and Developer of Specialist Programs for PWD, LGBTQI+, Wellbeing, GBV, Bullying in the Workplace and Youth Leadership Programs for Corporates.

Having connected to intentionally add value to her Leadership skills, she went to the United States and obtained a Worldwide license to facilitate Values Based Leadership programs, positioning her as a global authority in this field. As a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, she is dedicated to bringing internationally accredited and renowned philosophies to South Africa, instigating a massive mindset shift of positivity, hope, respect, and values in every home, heart, and mind of the nation.

Arthie's influence extends beyond the stage and training room, as she is already published as a co-Author with Trauma to Triumph and #DigitalPink. She has also been recognized as a published author in the Communication Section of "Inspirational Women at Work South Africa" by Liezel Erasmus Krietzinger, alongside numerous international, online, and local magazines.

Her contributions to leadership among women in South Africa have been acknowledged and awarded by Mrs. Graca Machel Mandela, adding further credibility to her work. Arthie's personal journey as a mother of two exceptional sons, Lliam and Kailash, fuels her empathy and compassion. Her zest for life is contagious, evident in her pursuit of adrenaline-fueled activities like skydiving and bungee jumping.
