Leadership 4 Learners
A program geared to changing the mindsets of young learners to achieve the best, believe in themselves, improve their self-confidence and have practical skills that will prove powerful in the real world.
The program uses Transformational Teambuilding techniques, technology, social media, self development training methods, presentation skills and communication skills to empower each learner to take full responsibility for their own personal growth and results within their lives.
Giving Learners skills that are practical, helps them to excel in all aspects of their social, home, and future interactions. This also has a major positive impact on the removal of bullying, sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour within the school environment.
A powerful, fun, yet exciting approach to remove stress from both the Learner and Teacher to assist is creating open minded, positive, amazing future leaders.
Bullying, failure, low self-image and poor character decisions are at the heart of many of the challenges facing young people today. John Maxwell and the John Maxwell Team have decided to do something about it. As Certified John Maxwell Team speakers, we are offering YouthMax leadership training for youth organizations around the world, serving youth and youth organizations in their schools and communities by helping youth grow and develop to meet the challenges of life in today’s changing world. We are now also honoured to have the awemazing Nick Vujicic as our John Maxwell YouthMax Ambassador.
Sometimes You Win Sometimes You Learn For Teens
Do you know a teenager? Maybe you’re a parent of a teen, or perhaps you work with young people. You probably want the best for them – for them to grow to be successful and resilient adults. And you’re always looking for ways to help them become all they can be.
For the first time ever, John Maxwell has created a book specifically for teens. This book is called Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn for Teens.
Created just for teen readers, this book is designed to inspire and challenge them to see setbacks as opportunities – to grow, learn, and improve. Featuring new stories about teens and adults who overcame adversity and mistakes, like teenage Nobel Prize winner Malala Yousafzai and Iron Man actor Robert Downey, Jr, it also provides application exercises and journaling opportunities and we are pleased to be able to offer this subject as a Keynote as well as 3 separate lessons for schools, clubs and communities.
There is a tremendous need around the world for our youth to get a better understanding about money and all its traps and trimmings. Our aim is to provide a basic Financial Education, which will give the tools necessary to support their solid foundation. We feel this to be a necessary and integral part of our Youth Leadership Program as so many adults are challenged and suffering in this area right now. By getting a greater awareness of finances, our youth will be better prepared for adulthood and leadership as this will give them a much more positive insight into this important area of life. They will then be able to lead themselves and others with less stress and a clearer mind.
